Providing wait time and secondary wait time pushes students to think and talk. This sytem provides an out, or life line if students don't know the answer. They can either phone a friend, get help from a group, or get support for the teacher. These cards are phsyical and are distributed to each students (3 total) per month. They can be rewarded if they don't use their cards, but alos feel safe not knowing the answer.
